Holding both Crypto and Rimrock? I would hold both but continue to buy RMRK while it's so low. I wouldn't sell CRCW based solely on what could happen here. However, IMO, What I see happening, given the information in the filings is a share exchange with RMRK & CRCW. There is currently only 850K registered CRCW shares tradable in the open market. The Crypto Company purchased Croe (CRCW) with a Restricted Share Agreement and a Free Trading Share Agreement with only 850K shares open to free trading. The majority of restricted shares allowed CC to raise money through private placement by selling shares only to accredited investors and skip the time consuming and expensive IPO. However, CC now needs registered shares to raise capital in the public markets and to insure liquidity for its current accredited and non-accredited investors. So, IMO, CRCW could acquire RMRK with a share exchange trading Crypto's unregistered shares with Rimrock's registered shares becoming newly issued CRCW shares. Just prior to the share exchange CRCW shares would forward split and RMRK would reverse split to meet at an appropriate value and quantity. In the end current CRCW shareholders and current RMRK shareholders will both hold the same newly issued and registered Crypto shares that previously belonged to Rimrock. Page 23 of the latest Crypto Company 10Q conveys a lot of pertinent information regarding what's in store in the near future for current CRCW shareholders.
