I dont understand these financial depth here. New to trading :) therefore i stay away from .000x stocks.

but since you mentioned i am trying to understand. Northbridge Financial, Inc paid $52,318.75 to FLASR Inc to get 200,000,00 shares? And now Northbridge Financial, Inc is stuck in NO-BID scenario? therefore they are creating fake promotions/twitter accounts to sell their shares in market? Am i correct?
