What is a growing area?

A "Growing Area" is defined as the land (the current rules only allow growth of industrial hemp "outdoors") on which a licensee cultivates or plans to cultivate industrial hemp.

January 1st starts registration for 2018 growing season . Will be easy enough to see if hmpq makes the list . Like I said there will be no hemp to process till next October. Hope it's more then 30 acres.
