He is as phony as a three-dollar bill. Holding his hands wide with a rein in each hand, torturing that poor paint with a snaffle bit in its mouth... deplorable. He must have learned to ride from PeeWee's Playhouse. The only justice would have been if the horse had dumped him on his ass, which nearly occurred. Although if you look closely as he rides away, he had his stirrups so poorly adjusted that he was getting his ass beat hard on the saddle. He is about as much of a cowboy as Adam Sandler is.
