Pat, I cannot disagree with anything you said. If the reverse split happens I believe PN will at some point in time use the "prevent changes in control or changes in or removal of management" language (see page 28 of the prospectus) to dilute the present stockholders voting influence in this company.

I also expect after reverse split to be able to buy the stock for one dollar or less. I did buy some shares at these levels but I will not make any further purchases until after the vote.
