What risk...are you honestly telling me that PPS doesn't get past 11 cents with a cancelling of the rights offering AND actual expansion happening? What risk is there for her?

I would bet her just sending a few tweets or making a few public statements would send PPS UP. If she dipped into her petty cash drawer and got this dope unstuck - then sky is the limit for her. I don't see the downside as 2 big catalysts would be in play. Mr. Market has got to be factoring in some dilution from rights offering, no ? Plus it got to 26 cents based on promises of expansion - why wouldn't it touch (or surpass) those levels with ACTUAL expansion ? She only needs 15-20 cents for a HUGE payday my mang.
