AACS is a holding company with no companies being held as far as I know and hasn't filed 10Q/K since mid 2016. Remember, they unloaded IMW when they signed that deal with the rental car company and that collapsed (allegedly costing them $400k).
The interesting question is who is buying AFBG?!?! They haven't issued a PR in 2.5 years, their 5-year contract deal with Owens Corning announced in mid-2015 fell through, and they haven't filed a 10Q/K since late 2016. I heard from Ken that they had to secure a new accounting firm since the one they were using got out of the SEC reporting business.
