How many locations do they have? He might be buying ownership in the 2 locations that are struggling.

I betcha this deal is not as it seems... and people will have to wait about 6 months to see any revenues reported. So it wont be helping the stock anytime soon. This PR is about all we will hear about this deal, because this type of biz does not produce exciting news.

Gives him time to pump and dump before people see the results.... and i bet the results will be similar to the Donut deal, which he lied about.
