Right there was ST with no asset value proven.
And there is nemegosenda with no asset value proven.

ST was an asset. Proven or not it had an asset value.
It was "sold" for 2% of anything it may have.
You did not give your consent and it wasn't asked for.
Nemegosenda is exactly the same.
What stops them from giving it to the same company with the same 2% price tag?
Nothing.

And there is nothing stopping then from just failing to live up to the agreement and having RP get controling interest.
Then he cab sell the thing for 1 cent and it would be completely legit.

You are invested in SRSR not Niostar not nemegosenda.
You have no say what happens to the asset you base your hopes on.
