A PR stating that Niostar has sold the Nemegosenda site for $300k to an "unnamed" buyer and will use the funding to aquire a new target is all it would take.

You would no longer be invested in Nemegosenda. You will own 1/100000000 of $300k for each share. That money will last about 1 month and this will sit as a .0001 empty shell till the SEC removes it
