voting shares anticipating this to maintain control. I calculated it and it takes it to near the 2 billion share count.

We new there were still notes yet to be converted.

Its time to either merge a revenue producer into this company or get financing from a large player that has net earnings. We can be a win win for them either way. Either tax write offs or the products become HUGE winners.

I am adding 4's when I can....Simple as that.. I believe!!!
