Ihub L-2 no longer accurate. Why?

For weeks now I am seeing lower ask prices at Fidelity and Charles Schwab L-1 that should be listed on Ihub L-2 that I pay a premium for.

Why? And will it get fixed? If Not the IHUB L-2 is waste of my money if it is not accurate.

I have confirmed these facts many times with trades to test the bid and ask since I first asked this question about 10 days. I never got an answer to the prior question.
