I was on a call with Gay and Joey about a 1.5 years ago when I made an inquiry about the private placement. That doesn't guarantee Gay exists, but I'm fairly certain he does.

Kaufmann on the other hand is a complete unknown to me. Never spoken to him, never seen him make a statement in the press (other than maybe the announcement he was "coming on board"). Same for Joan Barnes. None of them sign the financial statements, which is required from a CFO.

I can clearly see in the financial statements that Steinberg, Mowry, and Jillian have been compensated with warrants. No such disclosure for the C-level "executives".
