Margins have improved significantly over the last year and the toxic financing is gone. That is improvement. Is it due to Gay/Kaufman? I don't know.

I do know RHK Capital - the underwriters of the offering - knows what they're doing. I can't imagine they would waste their time if they didn't think it would be successful (meaning they get paid, which is based on the amount raised).
