I meet with REIT companies all the time and they all tell me the same thing: high end malls across the country are doing just fine. It's the low-middle and low-end malls that are struggling. Those aren't GIGLs target market anyway.
That brings me back to the point that has been made on this forum by others before: if high end malls are doing fine, why "roll out the red carpet"?
