I think this could be because of the new tax laws. If people on the cegx board are postponing this because of the tax laws to reduce their tax returns then I can understand why they did that. In fact I'd probably do the same. But that's the only reason why I think they wouldn't be able to get this done is that they didn't want to pay higher taxes in 2017.
