$USMN - On November 18, 2017, the Company completed the acquisition of nine (9) Unpatented Placer Mining Claims consisting of approximately 1,000 acres in the vicinity of Panaca, Nevada.

These claims contain significant deposits of Montmorillonite clay and are valued at $675,000 by the Company on the Company’s balance sheet.
