If Jumpstart is pushed out 1 year

There is still ZERO reason the Trump administration can not suspend the NWS

What would be the reason

All here seem to feel WATT has the power but he has not done it as he faced opposition or lack of support or courage

If he gets agreement - support - from Mnuchin and Trump - the capital build starts now --- either way

some one please tell me why not? if Treasury and FHFA agree it is a done deal as those are the only two parties who need to agree to that change
