Maybe, but maybe's don't mean too much to traders. As it stands, VTGN might have a product, not today though. Getting the money to go through Phase 2 is fine too, but just means more dilution if Phase 2 works and if they have to go Phase 3, etc...$3-5 is quite possible down the road. But, sub $1 quite likely before then too...no hurry to wait for something that might happen IMO. Plenty of time to catch it for a fat trade if it runs, like last week, until then though, dead money IMO.
