I assume another subsidiary, or joint venture with Nanobeak. Do not quote me, but all I know is being a venture-stage biotech company takes a lot of capital not only for R&D but also for red tape (FDA and other regulatory costs) which is why management utilizes multiple vehicles for different sources of funding for their ventures.
