No DTA Problem-GSE can choose to pay 35% tax in 18- no impact on DTA

Just one line in the tax reform can remove DTA problem. Corporation can be allowed to choose to pay 35% in stead of 20% in 2018 or 2019. Hence, there will not be any DTA effect on GSE or CITI.
