I have been in this since 2006 when it was Reliant home warranty corp. I'd say there is absolutely no assets here. Owners apparently walked away, leaving a shell corp, which might be the only thing propping this up. Of course, there are probably thousands and thousands of these, and odds are slim to none someone may buy it. I often wonder also why it even has a bid-ask, and still trades. We can always hope. I'm not selling till I need a tax loss.
