It is not where the market thinks the market is, it is where the funds were willing to do the entire deal. Vtgn could have kept doing what they were doing and raise money piecemeal, but getting financing done was right thing.

Sage market cap went up 2 billion on a phase 2 study. AV 101 could be much more valuable.

Fully diluted with warrants and Options still puts VTGN at $45 value compared to AGN Naurex deal. $16 in cash. I think everyone would agree that a pill is more valuable than an injection. How many people will go to the doctors for a once a week or bi monthly shot.

As news rolls in next year we will see how a mid dollar price holds up, I think we are heading to the $3 to $5 range. Lots of eyeballs on this now.
