Paul and Rich. Do the right thing. You are not capable nor qualified to run a company. It's time to come to the understanding that your abilities are very limited. Unfortunately God did not bless either of you two with a very high IQ. You must learn to accept this. Embrace it and turn over our investment capital to someone who was blessed with a higher IQ. Someone with a better business acumen. Please turn the company back over to AB and JP. In the long run even you will make more money. Even with all of the shares you issue yourselves for compensation you will not make the money you could make if JP and AB were in control. You could issue yourselves the entire AS and still not make the money. You would own all of those shares in a company run by completely inept management. Therefore you will not be able to sell those shares. As no one wants to invest in you. Because bottom line is neither of you two is very bright. You have had ample time to turn this around. Apparently you can not. Please step down.
