I too am surprised. I though the CC was rather good and the excuses/explanations more detailed and trustworthy than before. They also keep doubling-down on the loan and it seems rather imminent (worst case Q1/18?).
However, I also noticed that it was OTC that dragged the PPS down. The official number of shorts on OTC is also rather low. Don't know if this explains it or not, but I don't trust OTC
