Very well done - I finally got a chance to read all my messages and this was a fantastic DD post. So CALC III was identified as a very intriguing OWNER of this transaction -- and their only other transaction was on Paragon Shipping...and look what happened there. Those that missed this-- here is your excellent post again...

Who is CALC III LP?

May want to look at the run in August for Paragon Shipping when CALC filed this form:

YES- it appears that Ken doesn't normally make this type of ownership interest on behalf of CSGP aka CALC III, that is what also has me vey intrigued.
