It absolutely warranted to conclude this is still the same scam with the never ending changing story line and goal posts.

I find the "double your position to receive KLK tokens" sales pitch to be highly problematic.

The commission just announced litigation on another one of those type special dividend offerings today.

And it seems the commission also has a very big problem with the scam du jour block chain sector in general claiming to create and use bitcoin to raise public funds.

My interpretation of this is that they view it similar to an unregistered fraudulent offering.

TTCM is no more investment grade than ever. Even less, IMO.

They have entered a really dangerous space now, especially with the very checkered past.
