They are already eligible for QB based on price, but they would have to get audited by an approved FINRA CPA firm. NASDAQ is a bit down the road as they need to fulfill many other requirements including being over I believe 3 Dollars. If all their ducks and deals are in order they then could do a reverse split out of strength to get above the 3 dollars or so.

QB status is really the next realistic step and does bring on more investors because of the audited financials and reporting status makes people more comfortable in investing long term.
