In general. Putting up a fight is good, but at some point.....it's pointless.

Ego is good, it makes us want to compete and succeed.
Too much ego makes us think we are always in the right.
It can blind one to no end.

Get busy living or get busy dying.
Only thing guaranteed is that it will all end one day.
