Well my point is there were always 75 million preferred AUTHORIZED and ISSUED as of December 2016 until now. That has never changed. So why in the world would they buy a shell and not claim all PREFERRED shares? Is it new owners fault they had that many?? He did the SENSIBLE thing. No harm over AMHDs head now.
