I agree and I just noticed the last filing just hit afterhours from those filings last week. I read it as it is a part of what was in last weeks filings with that $1.25 offering. I am glad DPW is debt free and issued a coupe million shares last week to get it all behind them. It leaves us with a small OS and float. Time to focus on a gap up in the AM solid into the $4's then a solid run back over $5.00 so we can see the $7.00 to $10.00 range the weeks of the 20th. Nothing but good DPW news ahead. Based on RIOT and MARA finally getting out of their rt last Friday and today and showing over 40% gains today on each of those DPW is due for a over 40% gainer tomorrow IMO.

Good chance we hit 5's tomorrow!
