Was it obvious that the price would drop a bit after the amended 8k? Yes, it was.
Is it obvious that the price will jump back up once the funding goes through? Yes, it is.

If the company was a 'dilution machine' they wouldn't file the 8k in the first place, they would certainly not file the amended 8k

Bottom line:
I don't care where the price goes by noon tomorrow, or by 1:24 pm on Wednesday etc, or any other short term checkpoint. Once the funding is in place, the debts are paid off, the funds are acquired... It is going to break away and go up and will make me a ton of money.
That's what I'm looking for.

For those crying 'wolf', the company is still sitting pretty at 200%+ gains since last month's lows. That's not something you can ignore
