Recent report comes out it is very bad. Kurt knows this will ruin stock price and volume so he plans a ruse. Tells Black he will say deal is off even though it is not then a couple of weeks later say it is put back together making progress. Stock rises on news that black is back when the same news a couple of weeks back would have done nothing.

There are a hundred stories like this in the naked city for Kurt to manufacture. There are many ways for MMEG to move good or by hook or crook. I'd bet on hook or crook but there are miracles.
