Actually it is about all the 6 dry holes that ERHC has drilled in their blocks resulting in little to no interest in future drilling in those blocks.

And there is certainly no interest in partnering with a company like ERHC that hasn't and can't pay their current bills and that can't contribute to future drilling going forward either monetarily or technically. Sad but true.
