You say "Roger has failed shareholders, look at the stock price with the new opening . #buyback while diluting ..
"

I bought some shares over .21, and yet I don't think roger has failed me. The price has come down since then, yes. But I know what I own. I know that it has gone up very consistently over the larger periods of time. I know that revenues, which Roger is responsible for, have increased AMAZINGLY, and shall CONTINUE to INCREASE with the opening of the third location. I know that locations 4 and 5 are in the works. I know that Chicago is in the works. I know that franchising is in the works. Not hoped for, or some future plan, but in the works. So Roger has done his job.

But Roger can not manipulate the stock and "make" it go up. It WILL go up over time, as revenues and earnings continue to increase. The stock always eventually follows the company trends. But the stock is subject to people selling because their husband died, or flippers getting impatient, or all sorts of reasons for selling. Even not liking Roger, yes. Still, as long as the COMPANY continues to grow dramatically over the next few years, and it is hard to argue it won't, then the STOCK will follow at some point. Hey, if revenues over the next 3 years grow to $400MM and earnings to 4 cents per share, I sure can't see the stock at 14 cents per share. Can you?? (Probably, with an agenda based view of things) So the stock shall go up, and dramatically so, IMHO. It must, based on the company's successes. And that doesn't even include gro3, the publishing, the new acquisition, the spin off, or all the other positives.

For now, it is not at its high. Oh well. It is also not at its low. It is WAY above its lows of a year ago, never to be seen again. And these prices?? I think a year from now these prices shall reflect at that time to be the lows, and we shall never come back to these prices again either.

Roger fail us? No. He's done his job. The stock down more than we wish currently? Absolutely. But if roger manipulated the stock to be higher, I'd BAIL. Because his job is to do exactly what he is doing. run the COMPANY. Increase the REVENUES and the PROFIT. And the investors, you and I (Okay, not you) determine short term whether the stock goes down or not. And long term whether it goes up as much as I hope, or only a few hundred percent form where it is now. Can't stay this low though as revenues and earnings keep growing. Fundementals eventually run the stock price. As it has over the past YEAR (not 3 months period of time) as it grew to this level from much lower levels.

And diluting? Not happening right now, and not expected in the future. Period. You can say it, but that doesn't make it so.
