Yeah the white board. That was hilarious. Someone scribbled some illegible lines on a whiteboard that got captured in a photograph and that led to six long months of nonstop speculation about how great it would be when the mega merger was completed and how that would transform ERHC into a company with a valuation like Exxon and make all ERHC shareholders wealthy beyond their wildest dreams.

Of course, as expected, nothing ever came of that. Just like nothing ever came of Kaboom.

And now we have another iteration of the same type of nonsense based on an expired MOU which is supposed to result in a can't miss deal with a shutteted company called Chrome that is once again supposed to make all ERHC shareholders wealthy.

The more things change the more they stay the same.
