Wrong those 1.5 million shares were already given on Dec. 3. Look at the daily DPW volume. The only thing you are seeing is the low ball traders who got super cheapies on last Fridays panic ell off use to the halt that never read the actual news are taking their profits. Look at the DPW SS it is tiny!
