Why the big price drop today

A lot of micro cap investors view the sale of the shares at $1.50 as dilution and since the warrants can be converted at any time, once this hits $1.80 some will do that and crate some dilution on the shareholders.

Problem is most, if not all who are buying the offering will be holding for a pay day of $10 and up a shares... this is under valued but its main holders are not IHUB flippers they are actual long term investors.... so even though the news is for an offering, buying shares on the open market at this price is a major gift.

The Phase II study this money will help launch is just the beginning for this company many more things to come when you read their web site and their business plan in the filings.
