Float/Structure is maxed out and as such, there is no more room for the company to dump shares into the market increasing volume and the ability to spike the price through manipulation. Now that outstanding is maxed at authorized, there is not way for the company and awareness companies/representatives to manipualte the price higher, hence it is stuck at these prices and will only depreciate more to no bid unless they execute a massive R/S, keeping the current authorized and start another round of P&D, and in the process absolutely destroy any current shareholders. In short, there is no where for this price to go but down.
