This is Wade telling you this? I’m surprised he would bring up Signal Bay, that was a shell highjacked by a disgraced cpa named David Cutler. He sold it to Wade back in 2014, and Wade quickly sold it to his friend William H Waldrop. Wade maintained control of the company through large amounts of stock, yet didn’t disclose anything until several months after he should have been filing with the SEC. This may sound familiar because it’s happening at SIGO. I’m not sure if Wade is still involved there, but they just did an r/s and a name change, and all longs got crushed, that’s what Wade does to these companies, and there’s no reason to think he would change with SIGO.
