peregr, if RONIN would propose that and only the PPHM candidates + chair vote it in then all depends on how good the deal is for shareholders.

If it is, no problem if it is not and they accept it then RONIN and PPHM were playing US.

Yet, RONIN will probably not do anything of the sorts if he meant what he wrote in his shareholders letters and let the current BoD grow AVID and stay away from them.
