Cancellation of Existing Securities and Agreements on PDF 65

Claim or Equity Interest shall be automatically cancelled and terminated on Effective Date which was 3/19/2012 pursuant to 31.4 of the plan which is PDF 65 of the Final Amended POR 7 signed on 2/23/2012 and the link follows

BBANBOB, yes, in amended and FINAL POR 7 signed on 2/23/2012, ALL PREVIOUS WaMu securities including Preferred and Common Equity were canceled per court filing which obviously include any associated prospectuses.

WMIH-Corp (not including the funding preferred) only has Preferred Equity Interests and Common Equity Interests in play so mention of any previous or amended preferred or common WaMu securities before 2/23/2012 is a mute point as they were canceled per court filing and do not exist.

Here is a link to the FINAL AMENDED POR 7 that discusses all WaMu Equities cancelled which would include their associated prospectuses. I believe you will find all previous securities cancelled in the first 75 pages or so.
