All they have shown is their ability to dilute this stock horribly and to then do a RS after this stock went to nothing because of no solid information to back the mergers and aquisitions they keep talking about and all its going to do is drop again until they can prove they have something instead of a bunch of bogus claims ..I am hoping FINRA denies the RS so it will force them to work with what they have they still have 3.8 billions share to sell if they would do what they claim to be working on that is plenty shares to grow the company if they cna prove what they are claiming they are working on ..otherwise it is just going to continue to screw the old shareholders positions by diluting thier shares ..
