They can't attach any valuation without following Guide 7 standards for establishing gold reserves?

Not quite. Still can't attribute a value to in ground reserves.

Of course, these clowns not only have no plans to explore the claims, or have them explored, but will never pull out even a few flakes from a bit of panning.
