Perhaps this network they're trying to create has been waiting on other entities to come together.

With 3D Sim recently acquired by ansys,. Perhaps that was one piece of the puzzle that was waiting to get put together.

Sigma currently has a relationship with Jaguar for the post processing aspect, but I don't think they have very large capabilities, perhaps there is also a large corporation involved in the post processing aspect of the network.

Also the industrial internet-of-things would most likely require a large corporation to tie this whole thing together, so that's another piece of the puzzle we are missing at this point.

However Sigma has already been working with Siemens who has a very fantastic system, I'm sure they could very well integrate into this network.
