I'm beginning to see where Cartman 3_16 is coming from. I've read the press release four times, and the way it is structured makes no sense. The first two, out of five paragraphs talk about moving the test facility. Who cares? Having the test facility near where the coal is, and the railroad tracks, and the coal mines, is just common sense. Is that the reason for a webcast? Fine. Move it. The huge things are the test results and the license agreements. Each of them, if really true, is worthy of an 8K because they are very important. But they are buried, and smell like they're really hoped for, and not a reality. Especially, the test results, which baffles me.
