They have land, but no one building their plant yet. It looks bad that Sprovieri's interview said at the end of September they were about to start building their plant, and that production was 4 to 5 months out. Then two months later, same uptick interviewer, he says they still haven't started building their plant and production is 5 months out. If they actually do start building their plant that will be significant news because it puts a real time line on when revenues will start. That would bump the stock, just a simple ground breaking on plant construction, because then this company finally becomes real.
