Actually I believe everything published about ERHC, regardless of the publication, has been more accurate and more timely than ERHCs own filings and news releases. As you know, we seldom get vital, complete and timely information about ERHC from the company first.

Obviously the issue concerning the possible loss of Block 4 in the EEZ and the fact that is in arbitration was just published by African Energy Intelligence. It was posted here and was discussed in length over the last few weeks. So we really can't pretend that didn't happen. Feel free to go back and look.

Same for the Kenya block. Everyone knows that ERHC still owes CEPSA 10 million from the last well. Everyone knows CEPSA was the operator, that they owned the majority of the block and that they walked. Everyone knows the expiration date for the current exploration period expired and that there has been no announcement of any extension on that block.

So the bottom line is that ignoring the fact that ERHC may have lost both the Kenya block and the EEZ block is ignoring reality.

All the evidence of everything I just said has been posted here multiple times. I suggest you reread it and come to your own conclusions. I've already come to mine.
