8 K is out and subject to haveing addtional cash i will be a BUYER.

I dont belive the co has done anything wrong and the SEC jumped the gun

with a tradeing halt clearly BEFORE any investogation was completed.

Dont think they will ever admit they are wrong..thats not how they work, i can tell u from experince.

THEY SHOULD ISSUE A NO ACTION LETTER....and stock holders should DEMAND that from them ....i have made that call and so should you [ see board for the links with names and numbers.]

In addtion i dont belive this stock will trade in the grey ie no mkt makers, why should that be IF the co has done nothing wrong.

I own it and to each his own, if u own it and clearly the sec made a MOVE with ZERO PROOF AT THE TIME there for stock holders should demand a NO ACTION LETTER i made my call to them and i will call others at the sec that are higher up as we move forward
