Well, we don't know when the loan will come - and the PPS might decline further until then. Although the loan seems to be rather imminent, so the PPS shouldn't go lower - but who knows with the stock-market...

The key point being that one - as long as one has faith in the longterm - doesn't reduce below the amount of shares one wants ("need") to have when the PPS does take of.

Who knows when institutions will come; the loan might not be enough for them, but it might be enough for retailers "on the fence". Maybe they will wait for the ex date is announced (at which point the rest of the retailers "on the fence" will join in), or maybe they will wait till TRW is listed, the a-shares are gone (i.e never?) and/or ex date for CA.

I hope and believe that the PR about the AGM on OTC shows Solomons true intentions, i.e SIAF (or more likely TRW and CA) will start with cash dividends as soon as the cash-flow allows it. Maybe that will not happen in 2018, although it could, but SIAF now (very soon) has the ability to defend the PPS in a way that they couldn't (without sacrifices) until now.
